 Russell
received his Juris Doctor from William
Mitchell College of Law. Prior to that,
he received his Bachelor Degree from the
University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where
he majored in Business Administration and
Political Science with a minor in History.
During his academic career at UWSP, he managed
the Student Legal Services Office and interned
for the State Public Defender's Office in
Wausau, Wisconsin. After graduating from
UWSP, Russell traveled to Sichuan Province in
China where he was a management intern for
Hauxing Car Group. Russell then entered
William Mitchell College of Law. While a
student at WMCL, Russell worked as a law
clerk for Miller Law Office, and as a judicial
extern for Washington County under the
Honorable Susan R. Miles.Russell is
currently a member of the Wisconsin Bar
Association,
the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, the
American Bar Association, the Wisconsin
Association for Justice, and the Minnesota Bar
Association.
Russell is licensed to practice to law in
Wisconsin, Minnesota, the United States
District Court for the Western District of
Wisconsin and the United States District Court
District of Minnesota. Russell is also a
volunteer at the Eau Claire Free Legal
Clinic.
